Fractal geometry explains the irregular seemingly chaotic shapes that line our coasts, our brains and our universe. I used to see definite boundaries between us and the world we occupy, but my research into fractals and subsequently chaos informed me of growth systems that can describe everything in infinite detail and infinite complexity.

This study into the chaos and fractal geometry informed by solution of living to the objectivity of a dynamic machine which I cannot predetermine but can shape and steer. My wheel of chaos is incredibly sensitive to initial conditions with a total of 9,834,496 possible permutations. The information on the four wheels is deciphered from this years notes, they have the potential to keep me in projects for the rest of my life.

  1. Hi Steven. I used one of your photos as the background on my about.me profile (http://about.me/danadanger). Aside from being a stunningly beautiful picture, it relates directly to an area of computer science that's of interest to me. Is it okay if I use your picture in this way? If not, I will happily take it down and find a different picture.
